Responsibilities

Site analysis, design, CAD production, construction administration, code analysis, bidding and contractor negotiations, project closeout, consultant management, review shop drawings, samples and submittals, value engineering, master planning and project phasing, design/build fast-track project coordination, construction document quality control, project cost analysis, punch lists and conformance to plans and specifications, ADA upgrades and analysis.

Manage external consultants, schedules and budgets

Keep abreast of regulations in market to ensure design and zoning compliance

Manage multiple projects at the same time in different phases of design

Collaborate with Principal to ensure architectural vision translates into design client’s criteria

Work closely with Construction to understand cost and schedule impacts resulting from design or design team or client changes

Construction product research and integration

Analyze and graphically summarize data in support of planning and programming studies
Experience and Skills
