Mr. Lopez has 25 years of experience working in all phases of the architecture profession: Commercial, Retail, Institutional, Industrial, Healthcare, Bio-Tech., Interior Design,
Hospitality, and Residential. His experience ranges from the planning, design and coordination of large complex multi-building projects. Well versed on Plan Check Department Procedures, Policies, and Process; along with a strong under-standing of construction means and methods knowledge in: Type I, II, III, IV and V construction.

Mr. Lopez provides outstanding technical and architectural expertise to a diverse
portfolio of projects. His role demands managing projects at all phases design development, bidding and contract development, construction phase and follow up to the completion. In addition, he is instrumental in executing LEED projects and value engineering while maintaining the design integrity of projects. Relationship management, problem-solving, discernment, communication, decision making and collaboration. He engages in collaborative
approach to project management.
