Reyes has over 24 years of architectural and urban planning experience working and living in San Diego, California; Houston, Texas; Baja California, Mexico and Florence, Italy; this world exposure has enriched him professionally and culturally. His projects are known for extrapolating the essence of the site and the community within the fine balance of an economic reality.
Mr. Reyes has experience in every retail submarket category, from regional malls to neighborhood centers, mixed-use venues to tenant improvements, entertainment districts to lifestyle developments, and from destination retail tenants to food service facilities. Whatever the project, his goal is to provide exceptional service, exciting design and memorable destinations. Continues to expand his experience of services to include emerging trends from location-based entertainment to hybrid entertainment/retail destinations. As part of the planning process, he programs and implements design workshops with various stakeholders, clients, and agencies having jurisdiction over the project.
