Las Terrazas

Las Terrazas is located in the heart of National City.  With its contemporary urban architecture reflects the spirit and heritage of National City, Las Terrazas will offer 210 units that includes Live/work units, flats, studios, 1-3 bedroom units and 2-3 bedroom town homes. 

The project provides for 40 live work units that could be transformed to office space, hence providing a true flexible mix use project. Along National City Boulevard, retail space will activate the street. To the side streets have town homes and flats have direct access to the street that will encapsulate an urban pedestrian experience.

 The building steps at varying heights throughout the project, creating unique terraces that will provide immense opportunities to take advantage of views to the ocean and to the mountains.
