Tenant Improvement of an existing storage, general shop at the first floor (basement). The new spaces will have new Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing systems, which will tie into the existing building systems with partial demolition and repair.
(DRY LABORATORY) - Moderately constrained three-dimensional footprint surrounded by occupied and heavily used teaching and facilities. Services included upgrades to several building systems including: fire alarm systems and fire rating components, fire sprinkler heads, HVAC system
renovation, and upgrade of the existing electrical distribution network including interior lighting upgrades.
