Century Ventura

A revitalization infill project for the City Redevelopment Agency of Ventura, California. A retail entertainment project anchored by a 10-screen, 35,000 square foot movie theater with 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurants.

The project recreates the downtown urban experience through a series of continuous forms and structures that emulate Ventura’s architectural downtown character. “Ventura lights up at night in the beautiful downtown district. From the standout Century movie theater building to the luminescent signs that advertise its restaurant dining, this is a city straight out of a movie set, itself.
